Hydatid cysts of the hepatic dome. Report of 58 cases

ABSTRACT

The periferic hydatid cysts are in general relatively simple to treat. Conservation or radical methods give in these localisation a satisfactory result. The localisation at the dome presents a high morbidity. The radical treatment should be indicated but the proximity of the hepaticocave venous confluent make this method dangerous.
