ABSTRACT
Gingivae of twenty male leukemic patients varying in age form 20-30 years' 4 non-treated patients as controls and 16 patients treated with cyclophoshamid were subjected to histological and histochemical studies, employing H and E., P.A.S. and Bromphenol Blue stains. It could be concluded that, cyclophosphamid almost lead to destruction of the leukemic cells and promote the healing process by fibrosis. Hence, minor oral and/or periodontal surgical procedures could safely be applied in leukemic patients under cyclophosphamid therapy
