Psoriasis treated with high dose oral indomethacin

ABSTRACT
Two patients with psoriasis were treated with indomethacin. One patient showed marked relief and at 18 months follow-up was uneventful, whilst the other showed mild improvement. The mode of action of indomethacin and the role of prostaglandins in the disease are discussed
