ABSTRACT
Ocular Sarcoidosis is extremely rare in Pakistanis. A 50-year-old Pakistani woman developed severe bilateral nodular anterior uveitis two years after systemic Sarcoidosis was diagnosed in her by a transbronchial biopsy. The iridocyclitis responded to local cycloplegic and antibiotic-steroid drops with rapid disappearance of iris nodules and the anterior chamber reaction
