ABSTRACT
A case of large paracolostomy hernia, repaired by extra-peritoneal access with the ostomy kept in its original site, is present. The use of Marlex mesh is recommended in the repair of large herniation without changing the ostomy site. It proved to be easy to done with good post-operative
