ABSTRACT

We report our experience in vaginoplastly for the tratament of one case of the Mayer, Rokitansky Syndrome using bilateral inguino perineal pasciocutanesos flaps. It is a secure and reliable Technique. the Inguino Perineal Flap is based o the posterior labial arteries, which are a continuation of the perineal artery. The transposition and rotation of this flap is easier than the use of distant flaps. Which this technique we avoid to use dilators on molds
