Análise da microbiota do leite materno "in natura" após armazenamento e aquecimento / Analysis of the mother's milk after storage and heating

Pela vulnerabilidade do RN na aquisição de afecções em razão de seu sistema imunológico imaturo, acrescido da possibilidade de ingesta de leite “in natura”, não adequadamente manejado, no domicílio e durante seu transporte até a instituição hospitalar, tornou-se necessário, investigar a microbiota existente nesse leite, após seu armazenamento e aquecimento antes de ser ofertado ao RN. Foram obtidas 87 amostras de leite materno, nas apresentações de colostro, transição e maduro, que eram coletados quando conservados em refrigeração a 4ºC, bem como aquecidos em banho-maria a 55ºC por um minuto, antes de ser oferecido ao RN. /The vulnerability of the newborn (NB) to acquire infections due to its immature immunologic system, added to the possibility of ingesting milk “in natura” not adequately handled at home and during its transportation to the hospital institution, it became cardinal to investigate the existing microbiota in such milk, after its storage and heating before offered to the NB. A group of 87 samples of mother’s milk was obtained, in the form of colostro, transition and mature, which were collected when preserved at 4Cº as well as heated in boiling water at 55Cº for one minute before being offered to the NB.
