Análise do uso de eritropoetina recombinante humana em recém-nascidos pré-termo doentes / Analysis of the use of human recombinant erythropoietin in sick preterm neonates

RESUMO

O objetivo do uso de eritropoetina recombinante humana (rHuEpo)em recém-nascidos (RN) pré-termo doentes. Foram avaliados a eritropoese, a granulopoese, a trombocitopoese e o impacto do uso do hormônio sobre o número e volume de transfusões. A casuística foi composta de 34 RN 20 receberam a rHuEpo e 14 participaram do grupo controle.
