RESUMEN

Es un trabajo inferencial acerca decómo Melanie Klein elaboraba las interpretaciones que ofrecía a sus pacientes, niños o adultos, en la clínica psicoanalítica.M. Klein partió de los desarrollos deS. Freud, S. Ferenczi y K. Abraham.Desde sus inicios estableció un diálogopermanente entre clínica, nuevas teorizaciones y convalidación clínica; que la llevaron a la creación de una teoría propia, que marcó un hito trascendente en la historia del psicoanálisis y amplió su efectividad al campo de la niñez y de la psicosis.Construyó un cuerpo teórico y teórico-técnico propio, con coherencia interteórica, que ubica a la vincularidad, desde el inicio de la vida, en el centro de la vida mental.Sus teorizaciones son el referente desus interpretaciones, de su perspectiva de la transferencia, de la detención o progresión del análisis y de su concepción de salud y enfermedad. Por ese motivo, para desarrollar el tema del trabajo ha sido insoslayable la puntuación de los conceptos centrales de su teoría.Parte de delimitar el “foco” de la vidamental en el que puso su atención e intentó “iluminar”. Luego propone respuestas a los siguientes interrogantes ¿Cuál es el eje queprivilegia en el proceso de complejización y crecimiento mental? ¿Sobre qué aspecto de la vida mental centra su atención? ¿Qué es paraMelanie Klein material transferencial? ¿Qué categorías observa en el material manifiesto? ¿Cómo articula el material manifiesto con el material latente? ¿Cómo convalida los datos obtenidos? ¿Cómo transmite sus inferencias y la presencia de sus teorizaciones en la interpretación? ¿Qué indicios y qué observables clínicos toma en cuenta en la formulación de la interpretación? ¿Cómo convalida las interpretaciones?

ABSTRACT

This is inferential work on how Melanie Klein elaborated the interpretations she offered to her patients, children and adults, in her psychoanalytic practice.M. Klein started from the developments of S. Freud, S. Ferenczi and K. Abraham. From the beginning, she established apermanent dialogue between practice, new theorizations and clinical validation. This led her to the development of her own theory, which has become a momentous landmark in the history of psychoanalysis, increasing its effectiveness in the field of childhood and psychosis. She built a theoretical and theoretical-technical body with theoretical coherence, which placed vincularity, from the very beginning of life, in the centre of mental life.Her theorizations are the referent ofher interpretations, of her perspective ontransference, of the stopping or progressing of the analysis, and of her conception of health and sickness. That is why, in order to develop the theme of this work, it has been unavoidable to delineate the central points of her theory. It starts from delimiting the ‘focus’ ofmental life, to which she directed her attention and tried to ‘illuminate’. Then she proposes some answers to these questions Which is the privileged axis in the complexifying and mental growth process? On which mental life aspect isher attention focused? What does transferential material mean to her? What categories does she observe in the manifested material? How does she articulate the manifested material with the latent material? How does she validate the data obtained? How does she transmit her inferences and the presence of her theorizations in theinterpretation? What signs and clinicalobservables does she take into account in formulating the interpretation? How does she validate the interpretations?
