Alimentação e cultura: em torno ao natural / Nutrition and culture: about "natural" / Nutrition et culture: autor du "naturel"

RESUMO

O artigo explora a dimensão simbólica das práticas alimentares com relação à emergência da alimentação denominada natural. Tomando como ponto de partida o fato de existirem diversas concepções e discursos sociais em tomo a "alimentação natural", destaca-se que a difusão desta categoria está associada a processos culturais que transcendem o campo propriamente alimentar.

ABSTRACT

ln this paper the author analyses the symbolic dimension of the alimentary practices related to the emergence of the "natural nutrition". Taking into consideration the fact that there are several conceptions and social speachs about the "natural nutrition" it is emphasized that the difusion of this category is related to cultural process that surpasses the alimentary field itself.

Dans cette article l' auteur analyse la dimension symbolique des pratiques alimentaires relatif à l' emergence de l' alimentation dite "naturelle". Considérant l' existence des plusieurs conceptions et discours sociaux sur "l' alimentation naturelle", l' article met en évidence que la difusion de cette catégorie est associée aux proces culturels que surpassent le champ alimentaire.
