ABSTRACT
Very often, it is considered that a tooth has been successfully treated from the endodontic point of view, when the whole pathologhyof the canals system and periapical zone has been eliminated, and the canals has been tridimensionally sealed.Although this is obviously essential, it can only be proclaimed as a definitive success, when the restorative dentistry has returnedthe tooth in a satisfactory and durable manner to its form, function and esthetics, sealing at the same time in a definitive way, thecrown with the restorative procedures. The ideal purpose is then to plan and execute the endo-restorative rehabilitation of the tooth, in which inevitably, the Endo-Restorative Principles must always be considered and evaluated, as fundamental pillars in obtaining the definitive success ofthe treatment.
