RESUMO

É possível encontrar no corpo um intermezzo, uma linguagem indireta que permita fazer circular a literatura, a filosofia, a arte? Para a fenomenologia de Merleau-Ponty a transubstanciação entre corpo, arte e filosofia é plenamente possível por meio da linguagem sensível e sua expressão na palavra, na pintura, na literatura, nas imagens do cinema, entre outros indicadores do mundo da cultura. Nesse artigo, relatamos o processo de construção do espetáculo A palavra é gesto, encenado pelo Grupo de Teatro Estandarte, no ano de 2006, discutindo as relações entre corpo, linguagem e estética.

ABSTRACT

Is it possible to find an intermezzo in the body, an indirect language that allows moving the literature, the philosophy, the art? For the phenomenology ofMerleau-Ponty the transubstantiation among the body, art and philosophy is fully possible through the sensitive language and its expression in words, in painting, in literature, in the images of cinema, among other indicators of the culture world. In this article, we related the construction process of the show "the word is gesture", staged by the Estandarte Theater Group, in 2006, discussing the relationship among body, language and aesthetics.
