Este trabalho consiste de uma revisão de literatura sobre a injeção acidental da solução de hipocloritode sódio junto ao seio maxilar durante o procedimento de irrigação endodôntica. Neste artigo encontra-remos casos clínicos já relatados, sinais e sintomas que podem estar presentes e métodos de diagnósticoe de tratamento.

ABSTRACT

This work consists of a literature review on the accidental injection of the solution hypochlorite tothe maxillary sinus during the procedure of endodontic irrigation. In this article we will find clinicalcases already told, signals and symptoms that can be gifts and methods of diagnosis and treatment.
