Luxación aguda de la rótula: [revisión] / Acute dislocation of patella: [review]

RESUMEN

Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica y actualización sobre el diagnóstico y tratamiento de pacientes con luxación aguda de la rótula, analizando aspectos importantes como factores predisponentes, mecanismo de producción, diagnóstico positivo, imagenología y tratamiento, dentro del cual se hace énfasis en las indicaciones quirúrgicas en pacientes que presentan por primera vez esta enfermedad traumática.

ABSTRACT

A bibliographical and updated revision was carried out on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute dislocation of patella, analyzing important aspects as predisposing factors, production mechanism, positive diagnosis, imaging and treatment, where into emphasis is made in the surgical indications in patients that present this traumatic disease for the first time.
