Do vínculo à transferência: uma contribuição da psicanálise à prática de acompanhamento de famílias / From bond to transference: a contribution from psychoanalysis to the practices of family follow-up

RESUMO

Este trabalho é uma reflexão sobre a prática de acompanhamento de famílias em cumprimento de medida sócio-protetiva por determinaçãojudicial, com ênfase na relação que se estabelece entre o técnico do serviço e as mães. Nosso objetivo é demonstrar as contribuições dapsicanálise na prática de atendimento a essas mães, utilizando o conceito psicanalítico da transferência para descrever e nomear atransformação que ocorre na relação entre estas mães e o técnico. Acreditamos ser a partir dessa transformação que se torna possível aintervenção na dinâmica familiar. Esse trabalho é desenvolvido pela Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte e se destina a famílias que foramdenunciadas por violarem os direitos fundamentais de seus filhos, crianças e adolescentes, previstos no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente.

ABSTRACT

This article is a reflection on the practice of family follow-up in fulfillment of social-protective action by judicial ruling, with emphasis on the relationship that is established between the technician of the social service and the mothers. Our objective is to demonstrate the contributions of psychoanalysis in the practice of attending these mothers, making use of the psychoanalytical concept of transference to describe and name the transformation that occurs in the relationship between these mothers and the technician. It is, as we believe, through this transformation that the intervention in the family dynamics is made possible. This work is carried on by Belo Horizonte’s Municipal Government and is addressed to families that have been denounced for violating the fundamental rights of their children, infants and adolescents, stated in the Statute of the Infant and the Adolescent.
