RESUMEN

La evolución de los escenarios tecnológicos, culturales, científicos y de la educación exigen nuevos productos, servicios y proyectos a las bibliotecas universitarias. Sin embargo, la realidad constata variaciones poco perceptibles en la evolución de esas bibliotecas, que se debaten por "obedecer" la buena teoría escrita en medio de una realidad cambiante y aguda. El valor de las tres I iniciativa, inventiva, inteligencia, es la meta y el proyecto de trabajo de muchas bibliotecas; por eso, compartir ese know how es útil y necesario.

ABSTRACT

The evolution of technological, cultural and scientific education´s settings demands new products, services and projects from the university libraries. However, little variations can be really perceived in the evolution of those libraries that fight to "obey" the good written theory within a changing and acute reality. The value of the three I´s initiative, inventiveness and intelligence, is the goal and the working project of many libraries, therefore to share that know how is useful and necessary.
