Lazer e promoção de saúde: uma aproximação conveniente / Leisure and health promotion: a convenient approximation

RESUMO

Este artigo pretendeu contribuir com os diálogos que aproximam o campo da saúde coletiva e o lazer, pois vemos nas práticas de lazer um potente dispositivo para a promoção da saúde. Dessa forma, o presente trabalho teve por objetivos três pontos principais retomar conceitos e idéias a respeito da concepção de saúde; apresentar o lazer como tema pertinente ao campo de discussão da saúde e ampliar a discussão da promoção de saúde por meio do lazer.

ABSTRACT

This article provides some reflections to contribute with the dialogue that bring together the of collective health and leisure. Thus, the aim of this work are three main points mentioning the concepts and ideas about the health concepts, present the leisure theme relevant to the of health discussion and increase the discussion of heath promotion through leisure.
