Interpretação em psicoterapia psicanalítica: trabalhando com as dificuldades / Interpretation in psychoanalytic psychotherapy: working with the difficulties

RESUMO

O objetivo do trabalho é abordar algumas dificuldades encontradas pelos terapeutas ao utilizarem a interpretação como instrumento técnico. Dentre os fundamentos que se apresentam como causadores de perturbações no trabalho, serão abordados de maneira mais detalhada a identificação projetiva e a fusão de superegos arcaicos, os aspectos contratransferenciais, a tralidade, abstinência e avaliação das interpretações. Como ilustração, será utilizado material clínico e "artistico".

ABSTRACT

The aim of this work is to approach some difficulties that therapists found in their work as they use interpretation as a technical instrument. Amosgst the fundaments that present causing disturbances in the work, the following ones will be boarded in a more detailed way projective identification and fusing of archaic superegos, countertransference aspects, urgency point, neutrality abstinence and evaluation of the interpretations. As illustration will be used clinical and "artistic" material.
