De pai para filha: as contribuições do pais na construção da identidade da mulher / From father to daughter: the father's contributions to the construction of the woman's identity

RESUMO

Este artigo aborda a relação pai e filha, cujo foco está na importância do pai para a construção da identidade da filha, principalmente no que se refere às influências de como ela age no mundo. A compreensão da dinâmica pai-filha foi baseada na psicologia analítica junguiana. Procuramos destacar de que forma determinadas peculiaridades da relação pai-filha podem interferir na maneira como ela age no mundo, suas seguranças, medos, posturas, tanto em relação ao trabalho como em relação aos homens e relacionamentos com o sexo masculino. Percebemos que o pai e seus representantes são significativos na vida da filha para o seu desenvolvimento psíquico. Dessa forma, os vínculos estabelecidos com o pai podem contribuir positiva ou negativamente na maneira como a mulher atua na vida. O fator que promove a diferença é a forma como ela estabelece sua relação com pai pessoal, uma vez que é a característica individual dela que permite o filtro necessário para a separação do pai.

ABSTRACT

This article approaches the relationship between father and daughter, focusing on the importance of the father for the construction on the daughter’s identity, mainly regarding the influences on how she acts in the world. The understanding of the father-daughter dynamics was based on the Jungian Analytical Psychology. We tried to highlight in what way some peculiarities of the father-daughter relationship can interference in the way she acts in the world, her safeties, fears, postures, both in relation to work and to relationships with men. We realized that the father is significant, in the daughter’s life, to her psychological development. Thus, the bonds established with the father can contribute positively or negatively to the way the woman is going to act in her life. The factor that promotes the difference is the form in which she establishes her relationship with the personal father, since it is her individual characteristic that allows the necessary filter for the separation from the father.
