Considerações sobre a sintomatologia na histeria de angústia e na paranóia

RESUMO

O ponto de partida deste trabalho é a idéia freudiana de que o sintoma é uma formação de compromisso que denuncia a presença de um sofrimento que é derivado de uma forma de funcionamento psíquico. Assim, neste trabalho, apresento uma proposta de leitura a respeito das relações possíveis de serem estabelecidas entre o sintoma e a forma de funcionamento psíquico sobre a qual ele se assenta. A questão central em torno da qual esta reflexão se faz presente é o problema da identificação de uma determinada forma de funcionamento psíquico por meio da visibilidade dos sintomas e o conseqüente distanciamento de uma das pedras fundamentais que Freud estabeleceu nas origens da psicanálise o Inconsciente e a necessária invisibilidade que ele implica. Essa proposta de leitura tem como substrato teórico alguns fragmentos de textos freudianos que se referem à questão da sintomatologia em duas distintas formas de funcionamento psíquico, a saber a histeria de angústia e a paranóia. Nesses fragmentos, o enfoque do trabalho recai sobre a sintomatologia presente nestes casos específicos de histeria de angústia e de paranóia e evolui para algumas considerações metapsicológicas a respeito do posicionamento que o sujeito assume diante de seu próprio sintoma e da realidade externa.

ABSTRACT

The starting point of this work is the Freudian idea that the symptom is a formation of commitment that reports the presence of a suffering which is derived from a form of psyche functioning. And so, in this work I introduce a reading proposal concerning the possible relations that can be established between the symptom and the form of psyche functioning in which it is based on. The main point of the present discussion is the problem of identifying a determined form of psyche functioning through the visibility of the symptoms and the consequent separation of one of the cornerstones that Freud established in the origins of Psychoanalysis: the Unconscious and the necessary invisibility that it implies. This reading proposal has as theoretical substratum a few fragments of Freudian texts that refer to the question of symptomatology in two distinct forms of psyche functioning hysteria of anguish and paranoia. In this fragments, the focus of the work falls on the symptomatology present in these specific cases of hysteria of anguish and paranoia, and evolves into a few metaphysical considerations regarding the positioning that the subject assumes before his own symptom and the external reality.
