RESUMO
Descrever os aspectos epidemiológicos de tumores dos pacientes operados pelo Serviço de Neurocirurgiado Hospital Ophir Loyola. Método:
avaliados 119 prontuários, nos quais foram coletadas as seguintes informaçõesidade, gênero, local de acometimento, diagnóstico anatomopatológico e sintomas relacionados à doença.Resultados:
o tipo histológico mais comum meningioma 19 (20%); tumores cranianos e nervos periféricos mais comuns foramSchwannoma 09 (90%); tumores em <20 anos astrocitomas 12 (40%); tumores em 20 a 55 anos meningiomas 22 (34%);tumores em >55 anos meningiomas 08((32%).Conclusão:
os tumores intracranianos, mais comumente encontradosno Serviço de Neurocirurgia do Hospital Ophir Loyola, foi o tipo histológico meningioma. Dos tumores classificadospela OMS em cranianos e nervos periféricos foi o Schwanoma. Em relação à faixa etária de mais de 20 anos e acima de55 anos, o mais diagnosticado foi o meningioma, enquanto em menores de 20 anos foi o astrocitoma.ABSTRACT
To describe the clinical features of the tumors of patients operated by the neurosurgery service Orphir LoyolaHospital. Method:

the tumor more incident was meningioma, by dividing the WHO tumor cranial andperipheral nerves was schwannoma, and in patients less than 20 years as more common astrocytomas, and in patients20-55 years were the most meningiomas incident, also common for over 55 years.
