Micobacterias o tuberculosas en camagüey / Non tuberculous mycobacterias in Camagüey

RESUMEN

2006 en los hospitales universitarios de la ciudad de Camagüey-Cuba. Se señalan la clasificación, causas y características de esta enfermedad pulmonar en previsible incremento, la cual requiere medios diagnósticos especiales con el fin de realizar la tipificación en busca del microorganismo específico para una terapéutica correcta. Se señalan los rasgos clínicos de nuestros enfermos, indicando que en todos los casos existían lesiones preexistentes, las cuales fueron los causales de la muerte, lo que coincidió con el Grupo III. Se hace una breve revisión del tema y se comparan nuestros resultados con los de otros investigadores.

ABSTRACT

Ten observations of non tuberculous pulmonary mycobacteriosis are contributed in the period from October 2001 to October 2006 at the university hospitals of the city of Camagüey-Cuba. The classification, causes and characteristics of this pulmonary illness in foreseeable increment, are indicated; which requires special diagnostic methods in order to carrying out the classification in search of the specific microorganism for a correct therapeutics. The clinical characteristics of our sickpersons are indicated, in all the cases pre-existing lesions existed, which were causes of death, what coincided with the III Group. A brief review of the theme is done and our results are compared with the other investigators.
