ABSTRACT
The author present his experience in the aesthetical surgery of the legs in order to corret the atrophy or non-developed gastrocnemius, responsible for the called "thinlegs". Moldel gel-silicon prosthesis are placed under the aponeurosis or on the muscle. Anatomy and technical details are reported. The author describes special device which makes easier the undermining and the implant of the prosthesis through a small incision with no more than 2,5 cms in the poplitea area.
