ABSTRACT

It is presented four cases with the antecedent of diarrhea, three of those required acute peritoneal dialysis, one with severe neurological commitment. The evolution was satisfactory in all. It is important the log term pursuit for the risk of renal sequels, proteinuria, arterial hypertension and chronic renal failure.
