RESUMO

Este artigo apresenta qual o sentido do trabalho para o homem proposto por Simone Weil. Para tanto, serão analisados os sentidos atribuídos ao corpo do trabalhador por esta filósofafrancesa, bem como as distintas características do corpo no trabalhoalienado e no trabalho livre. Conclui-se que o corpo do trabalhador ultrapassa a dimensão física e inclui uma dimensão espiritual.

ABSTRACT

This article presents the redefinition of work for men proposed by Simone Weil. For this, will beanalyzed the meaningsattached to the body of work by this French philosopher, as well as the different characteristics of the body in alienated labor and free labor. It is concluded that the worker’s body exceeds the physical dimension and includes a spiritual dimension.
