Terapia ocupacional em queimados: pesquisa bibliográfica acerca da reabilitação física junto a indivíduos com queimaduras / Occupational therapy in burned: a literature search about physical rehab near the individuals with burns

RESUMO

O presente artigo aborda a atuação terapêutica ocupacional junto ao paciente queimado, bem como as possíveis causas, consequências e tratamento, seja esta a curto e longo prazo, de uma queimadura. Este artigo de revisão bibliográfica tem por objetivo geral averiguar como a atuação terapêutica ocupacional na reabilitação física de queimados contribui para a promoção da melhora funcional e redução de danos nas áreas de ocupação desses indivíduos, e como objetivos específicos realizar um estudo bibliográfico abrangendo as variáveis queimaduras, seus tipos, suas consequências e seu tratamento clínico; bem como identificar os principais recursos e técnicas terapêuticos ocupacionais na reabilitação física de queimados. Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica de abordagem qualitativa considerando-se os aspectos descritivos. Desse modo, espera-se que esta produção científica possa, então, enriquecer o arcabouço teórico de seus leitores e, assim, disseminar conhecimentos acerca do tema referido.

ABSTRACT

This article discusses occupational therapy performance in the burned patient as well as possible causes, consequences and treatment this is the short and long of a burn.This literature review article has the objective to ascertain how the occupational therapy role in physical rehabilitation of burned contributes to the promotion of functional improvement and harm reduction in the areas of occupation of these individuals, and as perform a bibliographic study specific objectives covering the following variables burns, their types, their consequences and their clinical treatment, as well as identifying the key features and technical occupational therapy in physical rehabilitation of burned. This is a literature review of qualitative approach considering the descriptive aspects. Thus, it is expected that this scientific production can then enrich the theoretical framework of its readers, and thus disseminate knowledge on the subject said.
