Qualidade dos serviços de saúde bucal sob a perspectiva do usuário / Quality in health's publics services of dentistry from the user´s perspective

RESUMO

Este artigo tem como objetivo descrever e analisar o panorama sobre estudos cuja temática é a avaliação dos serviços de saúde bucal sob a ótica do usuário no Brasil, evidenciando os pontos em comum dos resultados. A maioria dos trabalhos se referenciam nos conceitos de qualidade desenvolvidos por Donabedian. Os pontos cruciais identificados pelos usuários foram o acesso e a relação interpessoal, cuja ausência de canais de comunicação com a população prejudica a definição de estratégias eficazes e resolutivas. Pode-se afirmar que atualmente há uma lacuna na área de saúde bucal referente à avaliação dos serviços sob a perspectiva do usuário, ocasionando numa demanda de estudos multicêntricos sobre o tema.

ABSTRACT

This article aims to describe and analyze the studies about assessment of oral health services from the perspective of the user in Brazil, pointing the commonalities of the results. Most of them are referred to the concepts developed by Donabedian. The most important points that were identified by patients access and interpersonal relationship, the absence of channels of communication with the inhabitants affect the development of effective and problem-solving strategies. At present there is a gap in the area of oral health on the evaluation of public services under the user's perspective, there is a demand for multicenter studies on the subject.
