RESUMO

O avanço constante dos sistemas cerâmicos, influenciando no equilíbrio de um material altamente estético, com propriedades satisfatórias de resistência, aliado aos avanços e sucessos dos sistemas de adesão, encoraja cada vez mais os pacientes que buscam por uma solução estética com longevidade. O planejamento minucioso baseado em refinados encerramentos-diagnósticos, com informações cruzadas e um completo planejamento fotográfico, mostra que é possível realizar com grande previsibilidade e segurança uma reabilitação rica em detalhes, o que faz uma grande diferença no resultado final. Neste relato de caso mostramos uma harmonização total do sorriso de uma paciente jovem, que ficou muito satisfeita com os resultados obtidos...

ABSTRACT

The consistent evolution of the ceramic systems, which influences the balance between aesthetics and suitable resistance properties,, along with the advances and the succesful use of the adhesive systems, encourage patients to seek more and more for aesthetic long-lasting solutions. Detailed planning based on refined diagnostic wax-up, along with information from a complete photographic planning, show that to perform with highly predictable, fully detailed, sound rehabilitation is possible which ultimately produce a great difference in the final outcome.
