ABSTRACT
The magnitude of the problem of accidental poisoning in children is presented with age and sex incidence and frequency distribution of different types of poisoning cases. Among the food poisoning, pa-law-pe-nan poisoning with it's clinical features and management is highlighted. Kerosene and insecticide poisoning cases are described in brief. Dapsonc poisoning features, investigations and management are mentioned. Lead poisoning is not in frequent and salient points in clinical features, investigations and management are presented. Prevention of accidental poisoning in children is stressed. Summary of management of poisoning in children is given in conclusion:
