ABSTRACT
Gastric cancer is the fifth most common cancer and the third leading cause of cancer related death in the world. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) is a kind of endogenous non-coding small RNAs, which regulates the expression of many genes. Many studies have shown that the dysregulation of miRNAs is closely related to the occurrence, development, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer. This article reviewed the research progress and clinical value of miRNAs related to gastric cancer.
