ABSTRACT

In recent years, the concept and pathways of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) have been rapidly developed and applied in various specialties, with preliminary exploration and practice in neurosurgery. By summarizing the status quo and forecasting the prospects of ERAS applied in neurosurgery, the clinical practice and related trials need to be promoted on the application of ERAS in neurosurgery in order to provide better care for patients.
