Results of vascularized fibular bone transplantation in the treatment of stem defect of long-bone

ABSTRACT
31 cases received the vascularized fibular bone transplantation by microsurgery for recovering the defect of long bones. The successful rate was 29/31. The causes of bone defect were myeloostitis, postoperative traumas of osteoma and congenital fibular pseudojoint. This was a modern method with high efficacy to recovery the defect of long bone and conservation of the limbs.
