ABSTRACT
Clavicular fracture is common injury in the upper extremity, but ipsilateral proximal, distal or middle-third clavicular fractures which occur simultaneously are an extremely rare. Seven cases have been reported in the English and Japanese literatures, but it has never been reported in Korea.
