ABSTRACT

Student leaders are the important work force which the college student management and education in the process to rely on.They are not only the bridge and link between schools,teachers and ordinary students,but also the reserve of schools and social management cadres.Grasping and analyzing their basic conditions,the growing demand and group identity is significant.In this paper,the group identity of the student leaders has been sorted out,and their needs and deficiencies are understood through research and discussion about their positioning in the self-awareness,growth and success.And by drawing on the experience of student affairs management in the United States such as ＂student services＂,＂student development ＂,＂student learning＂,we put forward some suggestions in team-building and personnel training of the current student leaders etc..
