Improving the training function of National Natural Science Foundation of China by reforming current loaned personnel model / 中华医学科研管理杂志

ABSTRACT

In order to deal with huge work load of processing and reviewing applications,many personnels have been loaned from universities and research institutes to National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) every year.This phenomenon has received much concern.In this paper,the features of NSFC loaned personnel model were analysed,and the necessity for and feasibility of improving the training function of NSFC by reforming current loaned personnel model were discussed.
