ABSTRACT

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease caused by both genetic and environmental factors, it has a significant association with lifestyle. This paper mainly discusses the effects of diet, sleep, smoking,physical exercise, and lifestyle intervention that interact with genetics on diabetes.
