Effect of integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment in gouty nephropathy / 中国基层医药

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of integrative Chinese and western treatment in gouty nephropathy.Methods 200 cases of gouty nephropathy were divided into Integrative Medicine group( treatment group,n =100)and allopurinol treatment group( control group,n =100),The symptom scores,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(CR),serum uric acid(UA),24h urinary protein excretion were observed.Results After treatment symptom scores were significantly lower than before treatment ( P ＜ 0.05 ～ 0.01 ) ; treatment group were lower than the control group( P ＜0.05 );Total effective rate of the treatment group( 86.0％ ) was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.0％ ) (P ＜ 0.05 ) ;After treatment,the renal function was significantly improved,but that of the treatment group was better than the control group( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Integrative Medicine in the treatment of gouty nephropathy had a good effect.
