ABSTRACT

Combining the two novelty search work workshops with recent published papers on novelty search in Universities and Colleges,new progresses for science & technology (ST) novelty search in Universities and Colleges have been comprehensive summarized,and some enlightenments have been probed into seminara new novelty search experience communication mode and fast development of college ST novelty search work to ST novelty search and innovation.
