ABSTRACT

Objective To study the HPLC fingerprint methodology of Rupikang Capsules. Methods The precision, stability and repeatability of the fingerprint of Rupikang Capsules were researched by HPLC. The HPLC systemAgilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm);the mobile phasewater-0.1% phosphoric acid water-acetonitrile, with linear gradient elution;the flow rate1 mL/min;the detection wavelength280 nm.Results The precision, stability and repeatability of Rupikang Capsules met the requirements of HPLC fingerprint technology. Conclusion This method is simple, feasible and can be used as the whole quality control method of Rupikang capsules.
