ABSTRACT

Tralning top medical talents with high quality, innovation and internationalization, who can not only cure diseases but also do research and have translational medicine concept and abil-ity, is the basis and key of translational medicine development. The article has discussed the principles and theories of translational medical personnel tralning system construction and outlined the 3B2C Eight-year program translational medical personnel tralning system, which includes 3B2C translational medicine integrated curriculum system, systematic teaching model reform based on the open online courses, the cultivation mechanism of promoting good top students to stand out. It has also discussed the key problems to be grasped in reform of translational medical personnel tralning system.
