Reflection and Exploration on Strengthening the Hospital′s Party Construction Work in the “New Normal” / 现代医院

ABSTRACT

To firm grass-roots Party Construction , the Party members , cadres groups , talent teams construction was set as the focus of hospital Party Committee by The First People′s Hospital of YiChang , China Three Gorges University .All the work was due to the new situation of the reform and development of health care , combined with reality , and the theme of scientific development and medical service was highlighted .At the same time, a sustainable health development and core val-ues with hospital characteristics was achieved by effective approach and methods .The grass-root party organizations was en-hanced during that hospital culture construction .
