Determination of Trace Elements and their Released Rates of Teas with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry / 昆明医科大学学报

ABSTRACT

The present paper reports the determination of the contents of Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Cr in three kinds of teas of Yunnan and their released rates with Flame AAS.Released rates of Cu, Zn,Mn,Fe in Black Tea and Green Tea are higher than those of Tuo Tea,while relesed rate of Cr is similar to that of Tuo Tea.
