ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of the compatibility of Levofloxacin with inosine in sodium chloride injec?tion.METHODS:The contents of Levofloxacin and inosine were detected by UV-spectrophotometry and the external apper?ance and pH value were observed after Levofloxacin and inosine in NS were mixed within6h at room temperature(20℃).RE_ SULTSThe contents,external apperance and pH value of the mixed solution showed no significant changes within6h.CONCLUSION:Levofloxacin mixed with inosine in NS could keep stable within6h.
