ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Syndecan-1 and E-Cadherin proteins in human sporadic colorectal carcinoma(SCC). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to determine the expression of Syndecan-1 and E-Cadherin in 52 cases of SCC and 18 normal colorectal tissues.
