ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effects of insulin on the mRNA expression of insulin receptor substrate-2 (IRS-2) in MG-63 cells. Methods Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was used to study the action of insulin on the mRNA expression of IRS-2 in MG-63 cells.
