ABSTRACT

Doing a good job of medical and health work is indispensable to harmonious society construction. In doing the work, therefore, it is imperative to aim at safeguarding people's health, uphold the idea of giving top priority to the patients, pay attention to the impartiality of medical and health services, attach importance to the health of populations, implement in real earnest the principles of respecting labor, knowledge, talented personnel and creativity, deepen medical and health reform, promote hospital culture, and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
