OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the diversified development of chain drugstore.METHODS:The man?agement characteristics and the development tendency of chain drugstore were analyzed by using5competitive forces model together with examples.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:Chain drugstore should adhere to a long-term development,sparing no efforts to seek a road of development characteristic of their own and try to diversify its management forms,range of com?modities,services and brands,and standardize its administration,etc.
