Optimization of Extraction Technology of Liensinine from Nelumbo nucifera by Orthogonal Experiment / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extracting technology of Nelumbo nucifera.METHODS:The extraction technology of Nelumbo nucifera was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the extraction rate of liensinine as index and with the concentration and amount of alcohol and the extraction time and extraction times as factors.RESULTS:The optimal conditions for extraction technology was as followsadding four - fold amount of 80%alcohol and refluxing and extracting twice(1h each time).CONCLUSION:The extracting technology optimized under simulated conditions serves as a reference for industrial production.
