Study on Extraction, Purification of Flavonoids from Morus alba / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction and purification technology of flavonoids from Morus alba.METHODS: The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test and flavonoids were filtered through AB-8 macroporous resin.RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology was as follows 20 fold 60% ethanol,extracting for 40 min,at 80℃ with ultrasonic wave.CONCLUSION: Established extraction technology of total flavonoids has good extraction rate,which provided a theoretical basis for industvial production.
