ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate functional changes of AMs to explore the mechanisms for weakened pulmonary local immune defense function in DM.Methods:Wistar rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin at 60 mg/kg.The rats were performed BAL to collected AMs.Cock RBC phagotosis rate of AM was counted with HE method.AMs underwent in vitro incubation,and supernant TNF-? content was determined with ELISA method.Results:The phagotosis rate of 4 weeks DM group and 8 weeks DM group decreased significantly in statistics commpared with the control group(P
